Abstract:
This bachelor thesis concentrates on the gastronomy in Austria, predominantly on the restaurants in the capital of Vienna. I have analysed two restaraurants in Vienna, namely restaurant Ferdinandt in the center of the metropolis and restaurant Servitenwirt in the ninth district of Vienna next to the church "Maria Verkündigung". Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na gastronomii v Rakousku, především však na restaurace v hlavním městě Vídeň. Analyzoval jsem dvě restaurace ve Vídni, a to restauraci Ferdinandt v centru metropole a restauraci Servitenwirt v devátém okrsku Vídně u kostela "Maria Verkündigung." Cílem bylo zjistit potřeby zákazníků, jejich postoje k novým trendům v gastronomii a jejich celkové požadavky.
