Basic School Klášter Hradiště nad Jizerou in 19th and in The Beginning of 20th Century

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje vývoj obecné školy v Klášteře Hradišti nad Jizerou od 2. poloviny 19. století do konce první světové války, tedy roku 1918. Práce se zabývá nejprve vývojem školské soustavy od reforem Marie Terezie do konce první světové války a také historií obce. Kapitoly poté sledují změny v budovách školy, pedagogického sboru, událostí školního roku a žáků školy. Práce přispívá k rozšiřování znalostí o historii obce v určeném období. Výsledky práce pomáhají k pochopení úlohy malotřídní školy a její důležitosti v zemědělské obci.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes the development of an elementary school in Klášter Hradiště nad Jizerou from the second half of 19th century to the end of the First World War, to the year 1918. Firstly, the thesis deals with the development of the educational system from the reformation of Maria Theresia to the end of the First World War and also with the history of the village. The chapters then monitor the changes of buildings, teaching staff, events of school years, and pupils of the school. The work contributes to extend the knowledge about the history of the village in the specific period. The results help to understand the task of the school with merged classrooms and the importance in the agricultural village.
