Bank contracts and their application in practice
Abstract:
V mé bakalářské práci na téma Bankovní smlouvy a jejich využití v praxi se zabývám obecnou charakteristikou bankovních smluv a jejich následnou bližší specifikací. Konkrétně se jedná o smlouvu o účtu, smlouvu o jednorázovém vkladu, smlouvu o akreditivu, smlouva o inkasu a smlouvu o úvěru. V praktické části porovnávám bankovní smlouvu o úvěru u tří různých bankovních společností.

In my bachelor thesis ,,Banking Contracts and their use in practice” I deal with the general characteristics of bank contracts and their subsequent specification. Specifically, if there is an account contract, a one-time deposit agreement, a letter of credit (LC contract), a direct debit agreement and loan agreement.
