Abstract:
Cílem této práce je popis struktury bakteriálních genomů, evoluce a mechanismů, které zajišťují jejich vývoj a změny. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zabývá obecnou strukturou bakteriálních genomů. Druhý oddíl je zaměřen na mechanismy, jimiž v bakteriálních genomech probíhají změny.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to describe a structure of bacterial genomes, their evolution and mechanisms of their dynamics. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part consists of a description of the structure of bacterial genomes. The second part is focused on mechanisms of changes in bacterial genomes.
