Specifics of determining the actual cost of production in an agricultural livestock company

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení možných přístupů v oblasti kalkulací vlastních nákladů u biologických aktiv a případné využití ve vztahu k charakteru zemědělské výroby. Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části. První část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům z oblasti kalkulací vlastních nákladů u živočišné výroby a jejich specifických problémům. Zejména je zde popsán problém biologických aktiv, jejich zařazení v majetku podniku a kalkulace vlastních nákladů. Praktická část obsahuje informace o společnosti a jsou zde popsány způsoby, jakými podnik kalkuluje vlastní náklady u biologických aktiv vlastní výroby. V závěru práce jsou na základě porovnání teoretických a praktických poznatků provedeny výpočty a popsána případná doporučení.

Abstract:

This thesis aims to evaluate possible approaches in the calculation of the actual cost of livestock assets and possible use depending on the nature of agricultural production. It consists of two parts. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge from the field of determining the actual cost of livestock production and its specific problems. In particular, it describes biological assets, their inclusion in the assets of the company and the calculation of actual cost. The practical part contains information about the company and describes its methods for determining the actual cost of biological assets of its own production. The conclusion of the thesis presents calculations and recommendations made based on the comparison of the theoretical knowledge and practical findings.
