Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabýváme analýzou farmaceutických látek, konkrétně methylxanthinů, pomocí NMR spektroskopie pevného stavu. Cílem práce je experimentálně změřit tenzory chemického posunu látek 1-methylxanthin a 3-methylxanthin pro jádra 13C a 15N. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on analysis of pharmaceutical substances, more specifically methylxanthines, by means of solid-state NMR spectroscopy. The aim of the thesis is to measure the chemical shift tensors of 1-methylxanthine and 3-methylxanthine for their 13C and 15N nuclei.
