Vzdelávanie v antike – Platónova Akadémia z Foucaultovho pohľadu

Education in Ancient Greece – Plato's Academy in Foucault's point of view
Abstract:
Plato’s Academy is considered to be the predecessor of today’s universities. We need to ask the question: what exactly higher education meant for the antic Greece and if this meaning is not thoroughly different from the contemporary meaning. In this thesis, We examine this question based on Foucault`s late study of knowledge in the classical age.

Platónovu Akadémiu tradične považujeme za predchodcu dnešných univerzít. Je však na mieste klásť si otázku, čo znamenalo vyššie vzdelávanie v antickom Grécku a či tento význam nebol zásadne odlišný od toho súčasného.
