Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se zabývá tréninkovými byty pro osoby s mentálním postižením, které v Brně a v Praze poskytuje nezisková organizace Rytmus. Poznávacím cílem této práce je zjistit, jak pobyt v tréninkovém bytě pro osoby s mentálním postižením ovlivnil uživatele v jejich sebepojetí. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři hlavní kapitoly. První kapitola je zaměřena na osoby s mentálním postižením. Tato kapitola vymezuje definici mentálního postižení, jeho kategorie a objasnila také kombinované postižení. Druhá kapitola popisuje vybraná specifika osob s mentálním postižením ve vývoji, v oblasti sexuality a socializace. Vyjasnila také pojem psychosociální moratorium a sebepojetí těchto osob. Další kapitola vyjmenovala možnosti, jak tyto osoby mohou v budoucnu bydlet a poslední kapitola se věnuje službě samotného tréninkového bytu a jeho způsobu poskytování. Praktickou část této práce tvoří objasnění metodologie a analýza a interpretace dat. Pro výzkumnou část je zvolena kvalitativní metoda výzkumu a nástrojem dat je polostrukturovaný rozhovor, který byl proveden s 8 bývalými uživateli tréninkového bytu. Metodologická část obsahuje výzkumnou otázku: „Jakým způsobem změnil pobyt v TB sebepojetí uživatelů v oblastech spojených se samostatností?“. Dále tato část práce popisuje cílovou a zkoumanou populaci, rozhodnutí o konstrukci vzorku, popisuje vlastní zkoumání, konceptuální schéma a na závěr také etické záležitosti této práce. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že pobyt v tréninkovém bytě ovlivnil sebepojetí uživatelů tak, že po skončení služby se cítí samostatnějších v různých oblastech života, více si věří a ve své budoucnosti se cítí jistější, jelikož si dokážou představit samostatné bydlení.

Abstract:

This graduate thesis deals with training apartments for people with mental disabilities provided by the non-profit organization Rytmus in Brno and Prague. The cognitive aim of this thesis is to find out how staying in a training apartment for people with mental disabilities influenced the users in their self-concept. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains four main chapters. The first chapter focuses on people with mental disabilities. This chapter defines the definition of mental disability, its categories and explained the combined disability. The second chapter describes selected specificities of persons with mental disabilities in development, sexuality, and socialization. It also clarified the concept of psychosocial moratorium and self-concept of these persons. The next chapter presents housing options for these people in the future, and the last chapter deals with the actual service of the training apartment and how it is provided. The practical part of this thesis consists of clarification of the methodology and data analysis and interpretation. For the research part, a qualitative research method is chosen, and the data instrument is a semi-structured interview, which was conducted with 8 former users of the training apartment. The methodological part contains the research question: "In what ways did the stay in the training apartment change the users' self-concept in areas related to independence?". Furthermore, this part describes the target and studied population, decisions about sample construction, the description of the research itself, conceptual schema, and finally, ethical considerations.As a result of this thesis, it is found that the stay in the training flat has influenced the users' self-concept so that after the service they feel more independent in different areas of life, more confident and more secure in their future as they can imagine living independently.
