Abstract:
V této práci byly separovány polykondenzované alkoholy pomocí vysokoúčinné kapalinové chromatografie s UV i MS detekcí. Byly využity systémy s obrácenými fázemi a následně i chromatografie hydrofilních interakcí. Cílem práce byla optimalizace separačních podmínek pro dané polyoly. Abstract:
The polycondensed alcohols were separated in this diploma thesis by the high performance liquid chromatography with both, UV and MS detection. The reversed-phase systems were used, followed by separations in hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography.
