V posledních letech je velkou hrozbou pro pacienty nárůst rezistentních gram negativních bakterií v nemocničním prostředí. Nejčastěji infekce způsobují multirezistentní enterobakterie Escherichia coli a Klebsiella pneumoniae. Abstract:
In last years, for patients, there is a big threat of increasing incidence of resistant gram-negative bacteria in hospital wards. The infections are caused most frequently by multiresistant Enterobacteriaceae strains Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
