Proposal for Extending the Services of Obesitology Center

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem na rozšíření služeb ve vybraném obezitologickém centru. Jedná se o soukromé zdravotnické zařízení, kde lékař přímo spolupracuje s nutriční terapeutkou. Obezitologické centrum poskytuje klientům služby obezitologické, diabetologické, lipidové ambulance a nutriční poradny. V rámci efektivní léčby obezity je důležitá nejenom péče lékaře a správné nastavení jídelníčku, ale také pravidelná pohybová aktivita. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout podnikatelský plán, který rozšíří služby centra o prostory s možností realizace cvičení a pohybových aktivit.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with a proposal for extension of services in a selected obesitological center. It is a private medical facility where the doctor directly cooperates with a nutritional therapist. The Obesitology Center provides clients with obesitological, diabetological, lipid ambulance and nutritional counseling services. In terms of effective treatment of obesity, it is important not only the care of the physician and correct diet settings, but also regular physical activity. The aim of the thesis is to propose a business plan that would extend the services of the center with premises with the possibility of realization of exercises and physical activities.
