Abstract:
Cílem práce je dokázat na konkrétních příkladech možnosti efektivního vložení finančních prostředků do oprav bytových domů s cílem zlepšení technického stavu a docílení následných úspor v oblasti nákladů na bydlení při využití možných zdrojů ze státního rozpočtu.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to show on the specific examples possibilities of effective inserting finances into reconstructions of block of flats to improve the technical state and reaching further savings in the area of costs of living by using possible resources from the state budget.
