Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje motivaci a bariérám účastníků dalšího formálního vzdělávání. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak jsou studenti programu Aplikovaná pedagogická studia ke studiu motivováni a jaké jsou jejich bariéry ve vzdělávání. V teoretické části je cílem vysvětlit pojem celoživotní vzdělávání a dále základní teorii související s motivací a bariérami při studiu. Empirická část je pak zaměřena na to, jakým způsobem vybraná skupina studentů vnímá motivaci a bariéry, se kterými se v rámci studia setkává. Výzkumným nástrojem kvantitativního sběru dat je dotazník, který má elektronickou podobu a jehož samotná struktura je popsána v metodologii empirické části. Práce dále obsahuje doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi, která vycházejí z výstupů dotazníkového šetření a vzhledem k charakteru práce jsou jakousi zpětnou vazbou od studentů, kteří přinášejí zajímavé a podnětné informace o průběhu svého studia a případné podněty, které by se v rámci sestavování konceptu studijního programu mohly zapracovat a využít pro případné zlepšení celkové koncepce studijního programu. Vzhledem k tomu, že se rovněž jedná o studenty studijního programu, který doposud nemá své absolventy, lze na základě získaných dat reflektovat podněty a případné požadavky v rámci nastavení výukových procesů pro budoucí ročníky.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the motivation and barriers of participants in further formal education. The goal of the thesis is to find out how students of the Applied Educational Studies program are motivated to study and what are their barriers in education. In the theoretical part, the aim is to explain the concept of lifelong learning and the basic theory related to motivation and barriers to study. The empirical part is then focused on how a selected group of students perceives the motivation and barriers they encounter during their studies. The research tool for quantitative data collection is a questionnaire, which has an electronic form and whose very structure is described in the methodology of the empirical part. The work also contains recommendations for pedagogical practice, which are based on the results of the questionnaire survey and, due to the nature of the work, are a kind of feedback from the students, who bring interesting and stimulating information about the course of their studies and any suggestions that would gram could be incorporated and used for possible improvement of the overall concept of the study program. Given that these are also students of a study program that has not yet had its graduates, it is possible to reflect on the received data and suggestions and possible requirements as part of the setting of teaching processes for future years.
