Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá ve své teoreticko-metodologické části vysvětlením termínů běžně používaných v problematice oceňování majetku, v praktické části je pomocí třech metod oceněn rodinný dům, závěrem práce je porovnání výsledků.
Abstract:
This paper in the theoretical part is describing common used terms of terms of appraisement of real estates. In the practical part there are used three methods of appraisement to determine a price of family house. The results of single methods are compared in the end of paper.
