V bakalářské práci jsou vysvětleny nejpoužívanější pojmy z oboru oceňování a stavitelství. Pozornost je věnována životnosti, opotřebení, průzkumu staveb a úkolům odhadce či znalce v oblasti této problematiky. Následně jsou popsány aktuální oceňovací metody, které se využívají v praxi pro ocenění stavby. The bachelor´s thesis explains the most used concepts in the field of valuation and engineering. Attention is paid to technical lifespan, wear, survey of constructions and the tasks of an asset valuer or expert in the field of this issue.
