Mobbing and bossing and their speeches at elementary school

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výskytem mobbingu a bossingu na základních školách. Cílem je čtenářům přiblížit negativní jevy, které se vyskytují na pracovišti. Těmito jevy jsou mobbing a bossing. V teoretické části dochází k vymezení pojmů, jedná se zejména o školství, vedení školy a klima školy. Dále se jedná zejména o vysvětlení pojmů mobbing a bossing, jejich znaky, cíle, fáze, průběh, účastníky, reakce, důsledky, způsoby ochrany a obrany. V praktické části se jedná kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření, které bylo prováděno na základních školách. Cílem bylo zjištění výskytu mobbingu a bossingu, způsoby obrany, které oběti využívají, klima v jednotlivých školách a pedagogických sborech.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the occurrence of mobbing and bossing in primary schools. The aim is to familiarize the reader with negative phenomena occurring in the workplace. These phenomena are mobbing and bossing. The theoretical part helps us define terms such as education, school management, and school climate. Furthermore, it explains the terms mobbing and bossing, their characters, goals, phases, courses, participants, reactions, consequences, ways of protection and defense. Practical part of this bachelor thesis consists of quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey, which was carried out in primary schools. The aim was to map the occurrence of mobbing and bossing, the ways of self-defense the victims use and the climate in each school and the teaching staff.
