Analysis of Changes in the Labour Market of Graduates of Economic Faculties of Universities in the Czech Republic in 2017 - 2020

Abstract:

Náplní této práce je sledování trhu práce absolventů ekonomických fakult vysokých škol v České republice a s ním spojenou nezaměstnaností. V práci jsou zobrazeny roky 2017 až 2020 a je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se trhu práce a obecně o pandemii koronaviru Covid-19. V praktické části jsou zpracována porovnání různých ukazatelů ve zmíněných letech. Zároveň je zahrnut dotazník o vlivu Covidu-19 na budoucí absolventy a jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. Na závěr jsou navrhnutá doporučení pro řešení situace na trhu práce absolventů spojené nejen s pandemií koronaviru.

Abstract:

The content of this work is to monitor the labour market of graduates of economic faculties if universities in Czech Republic and unemployment associated with it. The work shows the years 2017 to 2020 and is divided into two parts. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the labour market and the pandemic of the coronavirus Covid-19 in general. In the practical part, comparisons of various indicators in the mentioned years are made. Also included is a questionaire on the impact of Covid-19 on future graduates and their employment. Finally, recommendations are proposed to address the situation in the graduate labour market associated not only with the coronavirus pandemic.
