Market analysis of MMA organizations and subsequent recommendations for business practice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze trhu MMA organizací s hlavním zaměřením na nejvýznamnější organizace a doplňkové služby, které poskytují. Hlavním cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní analýzu aktuálního stavu MMA trhu v České republice, s důrazem na podrobné doporučení, která mohou být přímo uplatněna v podnikatelské praxi. Dílčími cíli jsou zjistit povědomí, postoje a zájmy fanoušků v daném segmentu. Práce se také zabývá hlavními faktory, které ovlivňují preference fanoušků a vyhodnocuje rozdíly v chování fanoušků. Teoretická část práce definuje základní terminologii a popisuje vybrané aspekty analýzy MMA trhu a fanouškovského chování. V praktické části je zmapován současný stav MMA trhu v České republice. Rovněž je proveden vlastní kvantitativní výzkum, který se realizuje formou online dotazníkového šetření. Závěry bakalářské práce poskytují přidanou hodnotu novým i stávajícím organizacím působícím na tomto trhu ve formě analýzy relevantních dat a doporučení pro podnikatelskou praxi.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of the MMA organizations market with the focus on the most important organizations and additional services they provide. The main objective of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the MMA market in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on detailed recommendations that can be directly applied in business practice. The sub-objectives are to determine the awareness, attitudes, and interests of fans in the segment. The thesis also examines the main factors that influence fan preferences and evaluates differences in fan behaviour. The theoretical part of the thesis defines basic terminology and describes selected aspects of MMA market analysis and fan behaviour. In the practical part, the current state of the MMA market in the Czech Republic is mapped. The actual quantitative research is also conducted in the form of an online questionnaire survey. The conclusions of the bachelor thesis provide added value to new and existing organizations operating in this market in the form of relevant data analysis and recommendations for business practice.
