The bachelor thesis deals with one of the blackest parts in American history when almost 120 000 people (majority of them American citizens) were relocated only on the basis of their race. In those days, the constitution was only a scrap of paper and the usual American assumption was reversing. They were presumed guilty until they demonstrated their innocent. Tato bakalářská práce popisuje jedno z nejčernějších období v americké historii, kdy téměř 120000 osob (většina z nich američtí občané) bylo přemístěno pouze na základě jejich rasy. Ústava tehdy byla pouze cár papíru a základní předpoklad amerického práva presumpce neviny neexistoval. Nejdříve byli všichni vinni a posléze museli dokazovat svou nevinu.
