Accounting and Tax Aspect of Real Estate in the Building Industry
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je porovnání dopadu daně z přidané hodnoty a daně z převodu nemovitosti při krátkodobém a dlouhodobém pronájmu nemovitostí a jejich následném prodeji. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na nemovitosti ve firmě, která podniká v oblasti výstavby, pronájmu a prodeje nemovitostí.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to compare the impact of the value added tax and the real estate transfer tax in case of a short-term and long-term real estate lease and its subsequent sale. In this thesis I focus on the real estate in a company dealing in a building industry and leasing and sale of real estate.
