Diplomová práce se zaobírá agresivními obchodními praktikami vůči seniorům jakožto zvláště ohrožené skupině spotřebitelů, kterých se vůči nim podnikatelé dopouštějí zejména na předváděcích akcích a při podomním prodeji. This thesis focuses on aggressive business practices against seniors as an especially threatened group of people commited by the enterpreteurs particularly on roadshows and by door to door sale. The topic is analysed not only from the protection of consumer point of view, but also from the unfair competition point of view.
