Employer Branding in a Selected Enterprise

Abstract:

Cílem práce je vytvoření employer branding strategie v podniku RWE Gas Storage CZ, s.r.o. Součástí strategie je stanovení žádoucí pozice značky zaměstnavatele a její hodnotové nabídky a dále návrh implementace konkrétních nástrojů employer brandingu v dané společnosti. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým východiskům vybrané problematiky, vymezuje pojmy jako strategie a řízení značky zaměstnavatele. Druhá část práce popisuje praktickou aplikaci employer brandingu v daném podniku. V této části je provedena analýza aktuální pozice značky zaměstnavatele. Ta se opírá o primární i sekundární data. Na jejím základě je dále navržena strategie employer brandingu, to vše se zaměřením na externí prostřední podniku, konkrétně jde o segment uchazečů o technicky specializované profese. V práci jsou nakonec navrženy i specifické aktivity vedoucí k dosažení kýžené image značky. V závěru práce je na vlastním výzkumu prokázán pozitivní dopad navržené strategie.

Abstract:

The goal of the theses is to create an employer branding strategy in RWE Gas Storage CZ, s.r.o. The part of the strategy is to set up desirable brand positioning and its value proposition. It also covers proposal for implementation of specific tools of employer branding in the company. The first part of the theses is theoretical and it deals with terms such as strategy and employer branding management. The second part of the theses describes practical application of employer branding in the company. This part analyses current brand position relying on primary and secondary data. The employer branding strategy is based on this analysis and it is focused on external environment of the company. In particular it aims at a segment of job applicants with technical specialization. Then there are specific actions suggested that lead to desirable brand image. The positive impact of the proposed strategy is proven at the end of the theses.
