Risk Analysis and Financial Valuation in Business Planning

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o investičním plánování a řízení rizik. Jedná se o podnikatelský záměr podniku „Envision-Ural“ – školící středisko „Intercity“. Cíle bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení obchodního plánu, zhodnocení rizik a určení role finanční analýzy a účinnost obchodního plánování. Práce je rozdělena do tři částí: teoretické, praktické a návrhové. První část je věnována metodicko-teoretickému přístupu k problematice. V praktické části se autor zaměřil na zhodnocení podnikatelského záměru z následujících hledisek: marketing a finance, management a řízení lidských zdrojů. Byly zohledněny tři cesty vývoje podnikatelského záměru: realistický, pesimistický a optimistický. Autor vycházel z použití celé řady vědeckých metod. Jednalo se o studium odborné literatury, analýza, syntéza a komparace. Kromě toho tyto tři metody byly doplněny o matematicko-statistické metody. Práce je určena pro široký okruh čtenářů zajímajících se o podnikání a investiční rozhodování.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with investment planning and risk management. This is a business plan of "Envision-Ural" enterprise and its project “Intercity”. Objective of the thesis is to evaluate the business plan, risk assessment and determine the role of financial analysis and business planning effectiveness. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical, practical and proposal. The first part is dedicated to methodological and theoretical approach to the issue. In the practical part, the author focused on the evaluation of the business plan on the following aspects: marketing and finance, management and human resource management. The author considered three ways of development of the business plan: realistic, pessimistic and optimistic. Author based his work on the use of a wide range of scientific methods. It was the study of literature, analysis, synthesis and comparison. Furthermore, these three methods were improved by adding statistical methods. The work is intended for a wide range of readers interested in business and investment decisions.
