Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má v teoretické části za cíl sumarizaci stěžejních dat a informací z odborné literatury k dané problematice. Pro objasnění základních informací k danému tématu úvodní část pojednává o vývoji problematiky domácího násilí v historii a následně v době aktuální. Dále práce udává základní popis ženy jako oběti, definice a pojmy s kterými je třeba být seznámeno pro konkrétnější pochopení dané oblasti a přesahu do právního systému České republiky. Následující části zmiňují role v aktu domácího násilí a jeho cyklus. V závěru teoretické práce se nachází výčet několik existujících organizací napomáhajících ženám, které se staly obětí domácího násilí. Kapitola jako celek pojednává o vývoji jednotlivých organizací a pomoci, kterou organizace ženám nabízejí. V praktické části jsou vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření zkoumány nejčastější projevy domácího násilí, a to s ohledem na jednotlivá věková období obětí.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part, the aim of the bachelor's thesis is to summarize the key data and information from the professional literature on the given issue. In order to clarify the basic information on the given topic, the introductory part discusses the development of the issue of domestic violence in history and subsequently in current times. Furthermore, the work provides a basic description of women as victims, definitions and concepts that need to be familiarized with for a more concrete understanding of the given area and the overlap into the legal system of the Czech Republic. The following sections mention the roles in the act of domestic violence and its cycle. At the end of the theoretical thesis, there is a list of several existing organizations helping women who have become victims of domestic violence. The chapter as a whole discusses the development of individual organizations and the help that organizations offer to women. In the practical part, the most frequent manifestations of domestic violence are examined by evaluating the questionnaire survey, with regard to the individual age periods of the victims.
