Abstract:
Cílem práce je srovnat finanční produkty vhodné pro financování vlastního bydlení, které jsou nabízené bankami na trhu. V teoretické části jsou na základě odborných literárních zdrojů vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s tématem financování vlastního bydlení a také dva finanční produkty nabízené bankami na trhu: hypoteční úvěr a stavební spoření. The aim of the paper is to compare financial products suitable for financing own housing that are offered by banks on the market.
