Abstract:

Název práce: Ergoterapeutická intervence u osob po CMP v subakutním stádiu onemocnění. Cíl: Cílem práce je přispět k řešení problematiky ergoterapeutické intervence u osob po CMP v subakutním stádiu onemocnění a celkově tak napomoci k lepšímu zvládání všedních denních činností. Metodika: Moje práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části popisuji problematiku diagnózy CMP a její rehabilitaci. Praktická část je tvořena kazuistikou klientky po CMP v subakutním stádiu onemocnění. Informace do kazuistiky jsem získávala z lékařské anamnézy, kterou mi poskytli pracovníci v Rehabilitačním ústavu v Kladrubech. Dále jsem využila metodu pozorování, testování a rozhovoru. K vyšetření klientky jsem použila následující testy: FIM (Funkční míra nezávislosti), BBT (Box and Block test), NHPT (Nine Hole Peg Test), ARAT (Action Research Arm Test), Dynamometr, BBS (Berg Balance Scale). V rámci terapie jsem využila mobilizační techniky, měkké techniky (míčkování), provádění pasivních a aktivních pohybů, trénink jemné motoriky, úchopů a kognitivních funkcí, nácvik ADL, nácvik přesunů a terapii zaměstnáváním (tkalcovna). Výsledky: Došlo ke zlepšení komunikačních schopností, stability, chůze, kognitivních funkcí, kvality úchopů, jemné a hrubé motoriky, zvládání všedních denních činností a zvětšení kloubních rozsahů. Závěr: Napsání této práce mi pomohlo rozšířit si znalosti týkající se diagnózy cévní mozkové příhody, ergoterapie a celkové rehabilitace u CMP.

Abstract:

Name of thesis: Occupational therapy intervention for people after CMP in the subacute stage of the disease Target: The aim of this thesis is to contribute to the solution of occupational therapy intervention for people after CMP in the subacute stage of the disease as well as to contribute to better management of daily activities. Methodology: My bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes problems of CMP diagnosis and its rehabilitation. The practical part consists of a case report of a CMP client in subacute stage of the disease. The case report is based on information from client's medical history obtained from employees at the Rehabilitation Institute in Kladruby. In addition, the method of observation, testing and interviewing was used. The following methods were used for examination of the client: Functional Independence Measures (FIM), Box and Block Test (BBT), Nine Hole Peg Test (NHPT), Action Research Arm Test (ARAT), Dynamometer and Berg Balance Scale (BBS). During the therapy many methods were applied, for example mobilization techniques, soft techniques (ball facility), passive and active movements, training of fine motor skills, grip training along with cognitive function training, ADL training, transfer training and occupational therapy (weaving mill). Results: Improvement in communication skills, stability, walking, cognitive functions, gripping quality, fine and course motor skills, better management of daily activities and enlargement of joint ranges were noticed. Conclusion: Writing this thesis helped to broaden my knowledge of stroke diagnosis, occupational therapy and general rehabilitation in cases of CMP.
