Basic labour - law relations and their stipulation
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je souhrn obecných základů pracovního práva a charakteristika pracovněprávních vztahů. Práce podává přehled o nejdůležitějších právních úpravách v pracovním právu, jelikož je zaměřena na rekapitulaci práv a povinností vznikajících při závislé činnosti.
Abstract:
The main purpose of this bachelor`s thesis is to summarise the general bases of the labour law and to specify employment relationships. The thesis provides an overview of the most important legal regulations with respect to labour law, as it focuses on rights and obligations arising with respect to, and out of, salaried employment.
