Perspektiva pěstování a využití topinamburu a jakonu v ČR

Abstract:

Slunečnice topinambur není plodina, která lze běžném nalézt v osevním postupu, přesto slunečnice topinambur je rostlina s vysokým potenciálem využití v řadě od-větví. V první kapitole je popsán původ a rozšíření slunečnice topinamburu po Evro-pě a historie pěstování v České republice. V této bakalářské práci se také zaměřuji na popis rostliny a její využití. Následně popisem chemického složení hlíz, listů a květů. Podrobným popisem hlavních látek, pro které se pěstuje slunečnice topinam-bur. Dále metodikou pěstování, zahrnující termíny výsadby ošetřování během vege-tace, a nakonec termín sklizně. Součástí je také zmíněna mechanizace, s kterou je možné pěstovat zmíněnou plodinu v České republice. Na proces pěstování navazuje skladování a zpracování hlíz a nadzemní části rostliny. Zpracování a využití s vlivem na organismus člověka a produkci a zdraví hospodářských zvířat. Popis odrůd a je-jich vlastnosti a potenciál využití. Jakon je minoritní plodina, u které je zde popsáno rozšíření do České republiky. Následně popis rostliny a její chemické složení. Po-dobně jakožto u slunečnice topinamburu je zde zmíněna metodika pěstování, sklado-vání.

Abstract:

Jerusalem artichoke is not a crop that is commonly found in the rotation, yet the sun-flower artichoke is a plant with high potential for use in a number of industries. The first chapter describes the origin and distribution of sunflower Jerusalem artichoke in Europe and the history of cultivation in the Czech Republic. In this bachelor thesis I also focus on the description of the plant and its uses. This is followed by a descripti-on of the chemical composition of the tubers, leaves and flowers. A detailed descrip-tion of the main substances for which the sunflower Jerusalem artichoke is grown. Then the cultivation methodology, including planting dates treatments during the growing season, and finally the harvest date. Also included is mention of the mecha-nisation with which the crop can be grown in the Czech Republic. The cultivation process is followed by the storage and processing of the tubers and the above-ground part of the plant. Processing and utilisation with effects on the human body and on the production and health of livestock. Description of varieties and their characteris-tics and potential for use. Jakon is a minor crop, for which I will describe and distri-bution to the Czech Republic. Subsequently, a description of the plant and its chemi-cal composition. Similarly as for sunflower Jerusalem artichoke, I mention cultivati-on methodology, storage.
