Choice of Land Acquisition and its Impact on the Income Tax Base
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na výběr způsobu pořízení pozemku do obchodního majetku společnosti a jeho dopad na základ daně z příjmů a ostatních daní specifikovaných blíže v první části této práce. Analýzou společnosti byla zjištěna ekonomická a finanční situace společnosti. A dále v návrhové části popsány nejvýhodnější způsoby zatřídění pozemku jak pro vlastníka pozemků, tak pro společnost.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on the selection method of acquiring the land to the company's assets and its impact on the tax base from income and other taxes specified further in the first part of this work. Analysis of the company were found economic and financial situation. And further described in the design of the best ways for classification of land as the land owner and for society.
