Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou virtuálních týmů ve vztahu k virtuálnímu pracovnímu prostředí. The diploma thesis deals with virtual teams in relation to virtual working enviroment. First part of thesis presents theoretical context of virtual teamwork and investigates key concepts of communication, coordination, cooperation, trust and cohesion in virtual teams.
