Diplomová práca sa zaoberá komplexným priblížením daňovej úpravy spotrebných daní v Slovenskej a Českej republike. Pri komparácii spotrebných daní v Slovenskej a Českej republike analyzujeme a porovnávame rozdiely v legislatívach oboch krajinách.
