Risk Factors for the Decline in Households below the Subsistence Level

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou rizikové faktory, jež mohou vést rodiny pod hranici životního minima, dále tyto faktory popsat a poukázat na ně. Práce by měla posoudit vliv jednotlivých rizikových faktorů na příjmy rodin s nízkými příjmy. V úvodu seznamuje práce s výčtem jednotlivých faktorů a jejich vlivem na ekonomiku v ČR v souladu s v současnosti vnímanými paradigmaty o fungování ekonomiky a zásahů do ní. Podrobněji se také zaobírá vlivem minimální mzdy na příjmy rodin v souvislosti s nezaměstnaností. V závěru jsou podrobněji zkoumány jednotlivé příčiny pro pokles domácností pod hranici životního minima na základě dat zjištěných Českým statistickým úřadem.

Abstract:

The goal of thesis is to investigate what are the risk factors that may cause families below the subsistence level, as these factors to describe and refer to them. The work should assess the impact of different risk factors on the income of families with low incomes. The introduction introduces the work with a list of factors and their influence on the economy in the present, consistent with the perceived paradigm of how the economy and response to it. Also discusses in detail the impact of the minimum wage on family income in relation to unemployment. In the end, there are further examined the different causes for the decline in households below the poverty line, based on data recorded by the Czech Statistical Office.
