Abstract:
Kapsaicin je jednou z hlavních látek odpovědných za pálivost chilli papriček. Tato látka je agonistou TRPV1 (Transient receptor potential Vanilloid typu 1). TRPV1 je hojně zastoupen ve většině tkání, kde zprostředkovává různé buněčné pochody. Konzumace kapsaicinu nebo chilli vykazuje mnoho pozitivních účinků na zdraví. Abstract:
Capsaicin is one of the main substances responsible for the burn effect of chili peppers. This substance is a TRPV1 (Transient receptor potential Vanilloid type 1) agonist. TRPV1 is abundant in most tissues, where it mediates various cellular processes. Consumption of capsaicin or chili has many positive effects on health.
