Disociační konstanta (pKa) je velmi důležitou chemickou charakteristikou molekul. Využívá se například při virtuálním screeningu nebo pro molekulové modelování. Stanovit hodnotu pKa experimentálně je náročné a rovněž výpočet pKa je netriviální. Efektivním způsobem získání hodnoty pKa je její dopočítání na základě nábojů na atomech vstupní molekuly. A dissociation constant (pKa) is a very important chemical characteristic of molecule. It is used for example in virtual screening or for molecular modeling. The experimental measuring of pKa in complicated and also a calculation of pKa is not easy. An effective way of pKa calculation is its determination from atomic charges of an input molecule.
