Perception of the impacts of post-separation or post-divorce circumstances by parents with a children in exclusive care

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zkoumání dopadů vnímaných rodiči s dětmi ve výlučné péči, kteří si prošli rozchodem, anebo rozvodem, vypořádáváním se s touto událostí, jejím vlivem na děti a zkušenostmi, které měli s odborníky působícími v práci s rodinou. Předmětem výzkumu byl např. rozvod/rozchod a jeho průběh, porozvodová/porozchodová situace, práce s rodinou. Za využití kvalitativního přístupu byl výzkum orientován na hloubkové odpovědi respondentů prostřednictvím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Tato forma výzkumného přístupu byla vybrána z důvodu potřebné obsáhlosti výpovědí, které by jinou formou nemusely být dostačující. Celkem šest respondentů souhlasilo s rozhovory, kteří byli vybráni pomocí metody sněhové koule. Rozhovory byly následně přepsány a analyzovány na základě otevřeného kódování, ze kterého vznikly kategorie. Tyto kategorie byly vytvořeny na základě zapsaných rozhovorů a zdokumentovány odbornou literaturou. Z výsledků je patrné, že každý rodič si prochází složitým obdobím, ale snaží se v co nejkratší době přizpůsobit novému způsobu života a zdravě vychovávat své děti. Upozorňuji na vzrůstající trend nesezdaného soužití, který by neměl být vzhledem k porozumění této problematice konfliktů a rozpadu rodinného soužití přehlížen. Rodiče, kteří byli v manželství nebo v nesezdaném soužití, využili podpory svých blízkých a pomoci odborníků pomáhajících profesí. Názor na tuto pomoc byl různorodý, v některých případech se přístup podpory od profesionálů shodoval s názorem rodiče, v jiných případech tomu tak nebylo.

Abstract:

This work studies effects percieved by parents and their children in exclusive care after break up or divorce, the way they dealt with the situation, the impact the situation had on the children and the experience of working with the family experts. Main topics contains for example break up, divorce and the situation during the divorce/break up, situation after divorce/break up and work with family. With the use of qualitative attitude, the research was focused on in-depth answers of the respondents whereby half-structured interview. This form of research was chosen due to the need of complex statements wich may not have been sufficient in other forms of research. The total of six respondents agreed on an interview. These respondents where chosen whereby the snowball method. The interviews were afterwards transcribed and analysed on the basis of coding resulting in categories. These categories were created based on the interviews and documanted by reference literature. Although, it is clearly visible, from the results, that every parent is going through the complicated situation during the break up/divorce, they try to adapt as quickly as they can to the new way of life and raise their children healthfully. I point out the rising trend of cohibitation, which ought not to be ignored, due to the understanding of this conflict issues. The parents that were married or in cohabitation used help of their family and the family experts. The opinions on this topic differed, in some of the cases, the way of support that was provided from the experts corresponded with parents, however, not in all of them.
