Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na jednotlivé nástroje marketingového mixu a na ich uplatnenie v prostredí kúpeľných hotelov. Teoretická časť práce obsahuje základnú terminológiu, ktorá sa týka marketingu služieb. Zameriava sa na charakteristické vlastnosti služieb, ktoré odlišujú marketing služieb od klasického marketingu.
