Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá stále více řešeným tématem, a to kvalitou budov a jejich certifikací, která se postupem času stává nedílnou součástí procesu budování nových staveb a jejich přímou vazbou na udržitelnou výstavbu. V této diplomové práci bude detailněji řešen jeden z hodnotících systémů, a to SBToolCZ, který bude následně použit pro vypracování aplikační části. Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoreticko-metodologickou a aplikační. V první zmíněné bude vypracován obecný přehled o hodnotících systémech, doplněn o hodnocení školských budov podle SBToolCZ a stavby, které certifikaci získaly. V části aplikační bude novostavba mateřské školy podrobena systému SBToolCZ, vyhodnocena a následně budou navrženy změny, které by měly hodnocení vylepšit, tzv. optimalizovat budovu. Poté bude stavba přehodnocena s detailním shrnutím dosažených výsledků.

Abstract:

This theses deals with an increasingly addressed topic, namely the quality of buildings and their certification, which over time becomes an integral part of the process of building new buildings and their connection to sustainable construction. In this diploma theses, one of the evaluation systems, namely SBToolCZ, will be dealt with in more detail, which will subsequently be used to process the application part. This theses is divided into two parts, theoretical-methodological and application. In the first session, a general overview of evaluation systems will be developed, supplemented by evaluation of school buildings according to SBToolCZ and buildings that have received certification. In the application part, the new kindergarten building will be subjected to the SBToolCZ system, evaluated, and then changes will be proposed that should improve the evaluation, so-called optimizing the building. The building will then be reassessed with a detailed summary of the results achieved.
