Předmětem této práce je analýza vývoje vybraných determinantů přílivu přímých zahraničních investic (FDI) v České republice a na Slovensku v období 1993 – 2005 a posouzení jejich vlivu na příliv FDI. Determinanty, které budou v této práci analyzovány, jsou politická rizika, korupce, privatizace a investiční pobídky. Každý z těchto determinantů bude zařazen do samostatné kapitoly. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the development of the chosen determinants of the foreign direct investment inflow in the Czech Republic and Slovakia during 1993 – 2005 and to consider their impact on FDI inflow.
