Návrh strategie korporátního rozvoje zaměstnanců

The suggestion of corporate employee development strategy
Abstract:
Práce mapuje rozvoj zaměstnanců v malých a středních firmách. Dochází ke komparaci přístupů k rozvoji zaměstnanců, následně jsou tyto přístupy aplikovány na vybraných zaměstnancích v konkrétní firmě, a nakonec je provedeno vyhodnocení a návrh strategie.
Abstract:
The thesis maps the development of employees in small and medium-sized companies. There is a comparison of approaches to employee development, then these approaches are applied to selected employees in a particular company, and finally an evaluation and strategy proposal is performed.
