Use of client information registers in the credit process

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá využitím registrů klientských informací při poskytování úvěrů právnickým osobám v České republice. Cílem je zhodnotit, zdali využití těchto registrů umožňuje úvěrovým společnostem zefektivnit řízení kreditního rizika, které z takového poskytování úvěrů vyplývá. První část popisuje problematiku úvěrových registrů a finančních rizik se zaměřením na kreditní riziko a úvěrový proces. Druhá část práce se věnuje vyhodnocení retrospektivní analýzy portfolia právnických osob leasingové společnosti. Ta má za cíl zhodnotit, zdali využití Nebankovního registru klientských informací vnáší do úvěrového procesu společnosti vyšší efektivitu z pohledu řízení úvěrového rizika či nikoliv.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the use of credit registers in lending to legal entities in the Czech Republic. The aim is to assess, whether the use of these registers enables lending companies to streamline management of credit risk, which appears as a cause of such lending. The first part describes the problematics of credit registers and financial risks with a focus on credit risk and the credit process. The second part deals with the evaluation of retrospective analysis of leasing company portfolio, which is consisted of legal entities. The aim is to evaluate, whether the usage of information included in the Non-Banking Client Information Register brings more efficiency to the company’s credit process and credit risk management or not.
