Tato diplomová práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou podniku Pivovar Poděbradský Zdroj. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. This diploma thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the Poděbradský Zdroj Brewery. The work is divided in two parts, theoretical and practical.
