Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnění právních aspektů franchisingové smlouvy. Získané poznatky poté budou aplikovány do praxe, a to na základě franchisingové smlouvy společnosti ICE'N'GO! CZ, s. r. o.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to clarify legal aspects of franchise agreement. Gained information will be then aplicated to practice by franchise agreement of ICE'N'GO! CZ, s. r. o. company.
