Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hmotnostní spektrometrií chalkogenidových sloučenin a materiálů, převážně pak binárními systémy Ga-Se. Metodou laserové desorpce a ionizace (LDI) byla získána a porovnána hmotnostní spektra prvkových směsí, sloučenin a tenkých vrstev. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with mass spectrometry study of chalcogenides, mainly binary systems of Ga-Se. Mass spectra from mixtures of elements, chemical compounds and thin films were generated via Laser Desorption and Ionisation (LDI).
