Předmětem bakalářské práce: „Družstvo jako forma sdružování ekonomických subjektů“ je rozbor družstva coby podnikatelského subjektu. První část je zaměřena na historii a současnost družstevnictví a jeho právní úpravy. V druhé části je vytvořen teoretický koncept družstva jako podnikatelského subjektu. The goal of the submitted thesis: „Cooperative as a form of cooperation of economic subjects” is to analyze the cooperative society as an economic subject.
