Abstract:
Tématem této práce je teoretická analýza nároků z odpovědnosti za vady v režimu Vídeňské úmluvy. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda Vídeňská úmluva poskytuje kupujícímu dostatečný prostor pro řešení situace, kdy mu prodávající dodá vadné zboží, a zároveň chrání prodávajícího před zneužitím postavení kupujícím. Abstract:
The theme of this thesis is the theoretical analysis of claims from liabilities for defects under CISG. I want to find out, if the CISG gives the buyer sufficient space to deal with situations where the seller delivers defective goods, while protecting the seller from being abused by the buyer.
