Abstract:
Signální dráha Janusova kináza/signální transduktor a aktivátor transkripce (JAK/STAT) se podílí na regulaci správné imunitní odpovědi organismu. Je regulována cytokiny a pokud není tato regulace správná, zvyšuje se riziko vzniku alergií nebo autoimunitních onemocnění. Janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK/STAT) signaling pathway is taking part in regulation of imunne responses. It is regulated by cytokines and when the regulation is not correct, chance for developing of alergies or autoimunne diseases is incresing.
