Diplomová práca sa zaoberá hlavne systémom managementu kvality a jeho implementáciou do organizácie. Jej hlavnou oporou je norma ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009, kde sú uvedené požiadavky na úspešné zvládnutie samotnej certifikácie a následne udržiavanie kvality v podniku.
