Theory of vulcanizer adhesion measurement using filling agents on the base of "soot - organic clay"

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je obsahově rozdělena do desíti základních částí. První tři části se zabývají obecnými gumárenskými pojmy. Je zde podrobně rozebrána problematika kaučuku, popsán průběh vulkanizace a jejich zákonitostí a také skladba směsí pro plněnou pryž. Čtvrtá část obsahově navazuje na část třetí a vysvětluje podrobně problematiku plniv a plnění. Části 5, 6 a 7 seznámí čtenáře se vznikem, vlastnostmi a využitím nových materiálů v gumárenském průmyslu {--} bentonity. Část osmá se zabývá pojmem nanomateriály, jejich strukturou a řízenou přípravou nanokompozitů pro gumárenské využití. Část devátá popisuje problematiku adheze i faktorů, které ji ovlivňují. Poslední, desátá část, může sloužit jako podrobný návod k obsluze přístroje pro měření adheze {--} Skid Testu.

Abstract:

The Bachelors Thesis is divided into ten main parts. First three parts are concerned on terms generally used in rubber industry. These parts analyzes the problems of rubber, describes the process of vulcanization and its patterns and they also deals with the structure of mixtures for filled vulcanized rubber. The fourth part extends the third part and it explains in detail the problems of filling and filling agents. Parts 5, 6 and 7 tell us about creation, characteristics and implementation of new materials in rubber industry {--} bentonits. The eighth part is focused on nanomaterials, their structure and controlled preparation of nanocomposites for use in rubber industry. The ninth part aims at the problems of adhesion and factors which affects it. The last, tenth part should serve as detailed service instruction for the adhesion measurement device {--} Skid Test.
