Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Problémy v následné péči o děti při odchodu z institucionální péče“ je zhodnocení současného stavu zajištění péče o děti v rámci různých forem náhradní péče (dětské domovy, pěstounská péče) z hlediska legislativy a financí. První část je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení dané oblasti včetně rešerše odborné literatury. V druhé části je provedena komparace dvou forem náhradní péče na základě volně dostupných statistických údajů. Poslední část je věnována samotnému výzkumu, který se skládá z řízeného rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření ve vybraných dětských domovech. Z dotazníků vyplynulo, že na pokrytí péče o nezaopatřené děti v ústavních zařízeních by bylo poskytování finančních prostředků z veřejného rozpočtu na menší rodinné skupinky vhodnější než podle maximální kapacity zařízení. A také to, že následná péče o děti je stále ještě nedostačující.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Problems in the after-care of children when leaving institutional care” is to assess the present situation in provision of childcare under various forms of substitute care (children’s homes, foster care) in terms of legislation and finance. The first part focuses on theoretical definition of the given field, including the literature search. The second part compares two forms of substitute care based on the freely available statistical data. The last part covers the research consisting of a guided interview and a survey conducted in selected children’s homes. The surveys have revealed that it would be more appropriate to cover the care of dependent children in residential institutions from the public budget for smaller family groups than for maximum capacity of the institution. The survey has also showed that the after-care of children is still insufficient.
