Design of a Strategic plan of a integrated dance group Proty boty

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá neziskovou organizací Proty boty, která má portfolio aktivit postavené na tanci pro lidi s handicapem i bez něj. V první části práce jsou vymezeny pojmy inkluzivní a integrovaný tanec v českém kontextu a hledání rozdílů mezi nimi. V dalších kapitolách teoretické části je práce zaměřena na inkluzi a volný čas a to především osob s postižením. Dále srovnává podobné organizace a aktivity v ČR a také popisuje historii organizace. Praktická část je postavena na hledání slabých stránek v organizační složce organizace. Slabé stránky jsou vymezeny z informací, které jsou čerpány ze čtyř polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, následné analýzy a hledání společných témat v rozhovorech. Pro další získání povědomí a informací o organizaci jsou využity některé z marketingových analýz. Závěrem jsou navrhnuty kroky, které by mohly pomoci organizaci tyto slabé stránky změnit.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the non-profit organization Proty boty which has a portfolio of activities based on dance for people with and without disabilities. The first part of the thesis defines the concepts of inclusive and integrated dance in the Czech context and searches the differences between them. In the next chapters of the theoretical part the thesis is focused on inclusion and leisure especially for people with disabilities. It also compares similar organizations and activities in the Czech Republic and describes the history of the organization. The practical part is based on finding weaknesses in the organizational unit of the organization. The weaknesses are identified from information that is derived from four semi-structured interviews, subsequent analysis and from searching for common topics in the interviews. Some of the marketing analyzes are used to further gain awareness and information about the organization. In conclusion, steps that could help the organization to change these weaknesses are suggested.
